I am wondering what my father would say about refinance car loan. I would like to ask him but I haven’t seen him since two years ago and he hasn’t called since my birthday, last year. I don’t want to ask my mother because she doesn’t care about these things and her new husband doesn’t have the patience to explain anything to me. The only thing I can do is to wait until my brother comes home from his trip and talk to him about it.
